CIFILE Journal of International Law (CIFILE Journal) is a multidisciplinary journal concerned with all aspects of International Law. In pursuit of this goal, all professors, lawyer, and students in these disciplines are invited to contribute their knowledge and experience in this journal.
CIFILE Journal publishes original research papers, research notes and reviews across the broad field of international law in business, environment, maritime, spatial, politics, humanitarian and human rights law.
To achieve this goal, high quality research papers or reviews dealing with any aspects of public international law are welcomed. Papers may be theoretical, interpretative or experimental.
The journal is supported in its activities by an editorial board made up of multi-national members tied to the Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise (CIFILE).
The views expressed in the articles, editorial comments and notes, and other contributions to CIFILE Journal of International Law are those of the individual authors’ and are not to be taken as representing the views of the board of editors, the board of editorial advisors, or CIFILE members.
Articles would be accepted both in English and French.
